Meredith Varie leads sustainability program design for Elanco Animal Health, where her team focuses on designing and building cattle sustainability programs. Meredith has spend the last six years developing programs for dairy and beef producers, with a focus on delivering high quality programs that deliver value to producers while ensuring value chain actors can make credible claims. Prior to joining Elanco in 2025, she spent five years at Land O’Lakes in a variety of business and sustainability roles.
