Revolutionizing Sustainable Supply Chains in Agriculture

Spearheading Scope 3 Success with Robust Methodologies for Measuring Carbon Emissions & Scaling Carbon Insetting to Drive Supply Chain Resilience

The 3rd Carbon Accounting in Agricultural Supply Chains Summit was the industry’s only in-person solutions-led forum dedicated to one of the most important challenges facing agrifood today: delivering credible, auditable Scope 3 emissions reductions at scale. Following the release of the GHG Protocol’s Land Sector and Removals Standard and evolving SBTi guidance, agricultural carbon accounting has entered into a new era of scrutiny and complexity. Sustainability teams could no longer rely on high-level estimates or pilot projects, but instead were required to demonstrate defensible methodologies and clear pathways to farmer engagement and long-term adoption.

The summit brought together CPGs, agribusinesses, farmers, standard setters, and academic leaders to move beyond theory and into implementation. Through focused case studies, technical deep dives, and practical discussions, attendees learned how leading organizations, including MarsDanone, and Elanco, were integrating project-level data into inventories and aligning sustainability goals with real-world farm feasibility.

Designed for professionals responsible for Scope 3 strategy, agricultural decarbonization, or supplier engagement, the meeting provided practical insights to help organizations future-proof their approach and stay ahead of evolving regulatory and market pressures.

I'm excited to join the summit to discuss how we can collectivelywork toward credible and streamlined accounting to enable ag valuechains to focus on what matters most - climate mitigation action onthe ground that supports resilient supply chains.

What Set This Meeting Apart

The Only Dedicated Carbon Accounting in Ag Forum

While most agriculture and sustainability events covered carbon accounting as one topic among many, this summit was entirely dedicated to the challenge of measuring, reporting, financing, and scaling agricultural decarbonization. Every session was designed to help attendees build credible, audit-ready Scope 3 strategies.

United the Sustainable Agricultural Supply Chain

Agricultural carbon accounting could not be solved in silos. The summit brought together food brands, farmers, cooperatives, agribusinesses, retailers, academics, and policymakers to tackle shared challenges, align priorities, and learn from perspectives often missing.

Focused on Real-World Implementation

As the Land Sector & Removals Standard and evolving SBTi guidance reshaped expectations, organizations needed practical answers. Attendees learned how leading companies were strengthening traceability, improving data quality, engaging farmers, and translating carbon goals into operational programs that could withstand scrutiny.

Designed for Meaningful Collaboration

This was a focused, solutions-driven meeting built around discussion and networking. Through speed networking, roundtables, farmer-led panels, and case study sessions, attendees built lasting connections with the stakeholders needed to drive agricultural decarbonization at scale.

Trusted Partners, Relevant Solutions

Attendees met carefully selected partners specializing in measurement, reporting, verification, traceability, financing, and program delivery. Every solution provider was chosen for their ability to support credible carbon accounting and help organizations navigate an increasingly complex standards landscape.
